AEO was founded in 2007, to answer the growing demand for high quality glass and aluminum construction in Europe.

The development surge in Eastern Europe in the early 2000s has sprouted a great number of manufacturing companies, many specializing in areas related to the construction of high rise buildings.

While the demand for the high quality glass and aluminum curtain walls has declined in Romania and surrounding countries, it has only risen in the rest of Europe. Buildings are designed to be increasingly taller and rely more and more on aluminum and glass in their design.

Additionally, the growing encouragement for the creation of green buildings has only urged glass manufacturers to come up with innovative and high end solutions.

Our goal is to deliver all this accumulated knowledge and production abilities into the service of project managers looking for uncompromising quality construction at reasonable costs.

Storage

Wood Plastic Composite

Wood Plastic Composite is a mixture of natural wood powder, recycled polymers and special additives. It can be extruded to create various shapes and used for decking, railings, garden furniture and cladding.

Green Products

AEO provides its clients with access to a multitude of cutting edge products, that allow for the construction of "green" buildings and provide many benefits to both owners and users of the building.

Energy efficiency

Infrared reflective glass

High performance Low-E glass that blocks up to 65% of solar infrared radiation while allowing up to 80% of visible light to enter. Heat emitted from indoor objects is reflected by the glass back into the room, reducing heating expenditures. This type of glass is suited for cold countries, where keeping indoor spaces warm and well lit is a priority for most of the year.

Heat insulating windows

Double or triple pane glass windows provide insulation from outside heat or cold, allowing for more efficient temperature control.

Venetian blind embedded windows

Double pane windows fitted with a venetian blind sealed between them. The blind is thus protected from dust, moisture or physical damage. This system allows for low maintenance, energy efficient control of indoor lighting. The blinds can be made from painted aluminum or fabrics and can be either manual or motorized. Motorized blinds can be connected to any automated lighting management systems.

Transparent solar panels

New technological advancements now allow for the manufacture of windows with photovoltaic coating. These windows function as solar panels that provide power to the building. The coating also absorbs unwanted infrared and UV radiation.

Modular solar panels

New, high efficiency solar panels, that can manufacture all of your home's electricity needs during the day. The system is made from small independent units that back each other up and allow for simple expansion and maintenance.

Health and maintenance

UV absorbing glass

High performance coated glass that blocks ultraviolet radiation, reducing health problems for the building occupants and reducing damage to furniture, carpeting and artwork.

Acoustic insulation

Asymmetric (Different glass thickness for each pane) double or triple pane windows are very good sound barriers and provide a noise and stress free home or office environment.
For high level noise insulation, the inner glass pane can be coated with acoustic PVB foil for a total sound reduction of up to 51 dB. This level of noise dampening is extremely useful in the creation of comfortable urban living or working environments, and quiet airport terminals.

Prefabricated Homes

AEO and its partners provide low cost, energy efficient (green) houses, that can be built to order in under 7 months.

Light Steel-Frame Construction

This type of construction uses steel beams that are set-up on site, supported by a sturdy concrete foundation. Walls are meanwhile assembled in the factory, and later secured to the frame when it's ready. Watch the simulation

Energy efficiency

Use of a load bearing frame allows the architects to use highly insulating multi-layer panels as the building walls. These panels are customized to the local weather, local building standards, and client demands. Additionally all the windows and doors can be made to insulate heat, cold, sunlight, and noise - to further reduce the need for air conditioning.

Speed

Using modern prefabrication methods, a fully functioning house can be manufactured and built in under 7 months.

Cost

Modern and efficient assembly methods allow us to substantially reduce manufacturing and material costs. Houses built using this method are extremely cost effective for the consumer, even though they are of similar or higher quality than the alternatives.
